Welcoming Dorota Beange to Beyer Family Law
We are delighted to introduce Dorota Beange, the newest member of the team at Beyer Family Law.
Dorota advises clients across the full spectrum of family law, with particular strength in matrimonial and children matters that cross borders. Her work covers international divorce and maintenance disputes, international child abduction, and cases involving high-net-worth individuals with assets or family connections overseas.
Enforcement and recognition across jurisdictions
Dorota is widely regarded as an authority on enforcing English court orders abroad – particularly in Eastern Europe – and on securing recognition of foreign orders here in England. Her long-standing relationships with firms in Poland and elsewhere in Europe mean she can move quickly and confidently on cases that span several jurisdictions at once. She is a native Polish speaker.
Continuity of representation
As an Accredited Higher Rights Solicitor Advocate, Dorota appears in the higher courts and conducts her own advocacy throughout proceedings. For clients, that means the solicitor who knows the case from the first consultation is the same person standing up in court – a real advantage in the kind of long-running, emotionally demanding matters we handle.
A contributor to the wider profession
Beyond her caseload, Dorota delivers seminars and guest lectures on international family law to practitioners and students, including at Leeds Beckett University and the Law School at Opole University in Poland.
